Three studies were conducted, establishing architectural features, source materials, and the feasibility of a restoration of the Main floor and the 5th floor Elevator Lobby. As a result of these studies, we were commissioned to design documents for the Fourth, Fifth and Twelfth floor restorations. This project was guided by the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
