Renovations to three Carnegie branch libraries: the Mission Revival style Fremont branch, the Late Tutor Revival Queen Anne branch, and the Neo-Classical style University branch, resulted in improved circulation desks and reading rooms, staff workrooms and offices, and public meeting rooms. Mechanical and electrical upgrades, and weatherization of building shells were also included.
