The new gatehouse structures create a new entry experience to serve as an introduction and transition into the Japanese Garden at the Washington Park Arboretum. The new facility includes a gate structure, gift shop, meeting room, restrooms and a maintenance facility, all composed around a courtyard for gatherings and special events.
