This condominium was designed for optimum viewing of a collection of Modern art. Wall coverings of fabric and paper were selected for their richness and appropriate background to the artwork. Technical systems specific to the conservation of artwork such as temperature and humidity control, special display lighting, and security and alarm systems were incorporated.
